That’s just a flatbread pepperoni roll style without the pepperoni or cheese- when I was a kid we used to get these rolls from an Italian market that was bread, pep, cheese, yellow peppers and a sweet & spicy sauce (probably sweet chili) – I see the appeal but probably not worth the money as they’re easy to make for probably half this cost to order
